Brand & design system

A working reference for 222 East Green Street's marketing site — built directly from the building itself: its brick and cedar-toned siding, blackened steel, and the condensed signage on the corner facade.

Source material

Palette and material cues were pulled straight from the architectural renderings — not invented independently.

Color

Forest green leads as the primary accent (the building's upper siding), with brick as a warm secondary and a warm off-white paper. No saturated colors beyond the two accents.

Typography

Barlow Condensed carries headlines and labels — condensed and uppercase, echoing the stacked "A1 URBAN LIVING 222" signage cut into the building's corner. IBM Plex Sans sets all reading text.

Schematic floor plans

The architectural set's unit plans are vector line drawings that couldn't be lifted out as clean images, so plans on the site are drawn schematically from the published room list and dimensions — labeled as such, and credited to the architect.
